A record number of French shorts at the InterFilm Festival in Berlin

No less than 63 French films are selected this year at the InterFilm Festival in Berlin, which will take place from November 14 through 20. This is a record number.

Created in 1982, this German event is recognized as one of the most important short film events in Europe. All genres are represented, and in each category French productions stand out: fiction (Law of Lamb, Coach), animation (Decorado, Love), documentary (Jungle, 489 Years) experimental (The Reflection of Power, The Ordinary), and new forms of short film (Notes on Blindness, Vaudeville).

For this 32nd edition, the festival highlights new technologies and takes over the Zeiss Grossplanetarium, where virtual reality films will be projected on a gigantic 360° screen - an opportunity to (re)discover films such as DMZ or The Temptation of Saint Anthony in optimal conditions.

With the support of UniFrance, representatives of the films I, Philip, Juliet, No Matter Who, and The Walker will travel to present their films to Berlin spectators.
