"The Widow of Saint-Pierre" and "Harry, He's Here to Help": 2 French films given a warm welcome in the United States, attracting over 400,000 and 200,000 spectators respectively.
"The Widow of Saint-Pierre" was released in the United States by Lions Gate on March 2 this year, and looks set to reach the 450,000 admissions mark in the country, representing box office takings of $2.5 million.
As regards "Harry, He's Here to Help", it has sold over 200,000 tickets and raked in more than a million dollars in box office receipts after four weeks on the screens.
