France’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Unifrance have reached a new accord that guarantees the ministry’s active support for the association in terms of promoting French movies as part of its 2001 program.
It will notably back the promotion and release of French films in certain key regions, notably Central Europe, Italy, Quebec, and South Korea. The ministry will also help in developing multi-media communication tools, to which Unifrance has made a major commitment in the past year.
