Films not previously screened at German film festivals or at the following film festivals: Cannes (all sections), Berlin (all sections), Venice (International Competition), San Sebastian (International Competition), and Locarno (International Competition). Dialogue list in English must be provided. Competitive festival. If requested, the festival will return cassettes and DVDs sent for pre-selection.
