Assia lives in a small village with only her hen Ryaba as her sole companion. She makes her living from selling eggs and distilling liquor. One day, Assia finds a golden egg. She thinks a miracle has occurred... She offers to buy out a rich "capitalist" landowner. But the villagers, mern of her find and also make plans on how to use this "public property".
