Thirty-year-old Axel has just graduated from a film school, has no work, and has recently separated from his girlfriend. To keep him busy, his mother decides to give him a mission: to bring back the funeral urn of his grandmother, who has just died in Sweden, the family's native country. Axel is unfamiliar with Sweden and sets out to discover his origins. On his way, he crosses paths with a young woman.
