あらすじ
This issue takes us to Cameroon to discover a maritime forest: the mangroves. A lung of the planet, a reserve of biodiversity, a bulwark against rising sea levels, today threatened by illegal logging and climate change. The women who cultivate the fields suffer the effects of extreme weather events on a daily basis. On dry land in the south, thousands of hectares of forest are being sacrificed to agro-industrial monocultures of rubber and palm oil: an economic choice that seems essential for the country's development but which generates greenhouse gases and disrupts both fauna and flora.
