In January 2023, 200 millionaires from all over the world signed a petition demanding to pay their fair share to society. They implore governments to pay more taxes… but ironically, political leaders have done everything in their power to cut taxes for the wealthiest over the last decades. Inequality has reached record levels, with the richest 1% now monopolizing two-thirds of the wealth produced.

From G20 backrooms to the lavish halls of Davos and NYC’s penthouses, this investigation will take us to the front line of a hushed yet ruthless struggle. Between the rich who exploit loopholes to stay richer and richer, and those “tax rebels” using their influence to promote social justice, who will write the next rules?
