Michelin-starred chefs have become the new stars. Advised by their agents, they promote themselves on social media, appear on television programmes dedicated to them, and are used as brand ambassadors. Behind the scenes in their kitchens, however, the reality is quite different. Unpaid overtime, insults, psychological and even sexual harassment.
