From December 11 through 13, 2017, Liège hosted Stereopsia, an event dedicated to 3D relief as well as other augmented and mixed virtual realities. France was particularly present.
Formerly known as the Liège 3D Film Festival, Stereopsia took place in ベルギー from December 11 through 13. A strong French delegation was present for the ninth edition in the economic capital of Wallonia to present 3D relief films, VR, and exchange information about the latest developments in immersive cinema.
Alongside the highly awaited participation of DV Mobile (producer of Alice, the Virtual Reality Play, which captured people's attention at the latest Venice International Film Festival ) and Starbreeze, experts from companies such as Wide, Nexus Forward, and VRroom were present.
With seven projects presented in the 3D Film Booster section, French productions had a prominent place. Pitching sessions were an opportunity to discover works by stereographer Milosz Hermanowicz and the new creations by Antoine Cayrol.
Lastly, four VR works that had received funding from UniFrance were presented at Stereopsia:

- Lifeline
- Proxima
- Sergent James
