Released on December 21st, "Taxi 2" by Gérard Krawczyk, produced by Luc Besson, gathered 170,000 admissions in 6 weeks in Moscow, beating a new record for French films and reaching Top position at the box-office, before US films.
This excellent result comes from the efforts of the Russian distributor, DVD Group (Cine Images), supported by French CNC (National center for cinema), Unifrance and the French Embassy in Russia.
