Spring - Agate celebrates being hired on a permanent basis and quickly gains in power through the will of "Fairy K". But she will have to pay the cost and lose her identity...
Summer - In turn, she will have to play her according to the company's inexorable law and turn against others the reassuring image that she has always projected.

About
"This film is the result of two wishes : that of working with women and that of talking about working life. I wasn't aiming to make a film about women but "with women", about women's particular problems without making the subject marriage, family, schools or domestic strife..." (Jean Marboeuf)
"In all of Jean Marboeuf's films, there is a harshness in human relationships but this harshness conceals the errors of tenderness... people who have suffered, who haven't found each other, for whom life is hard. But this humanity is always warm, friendly and belongs as such to the films of Jean Marboeuf." (Eric Emmenuel Schmitt, co-writer of the dialogue)
