あらすじ

In an old house in Provence, Mikaël, a musician, is composing a psalm. A young woman, Linda, coms to pick up a suitcase which belongs to her lover Sebastien, who is also a friend of Mikaël. The suitcase contains hundreds of photos. While he is away, Sebastien has left it up to Linda to organize the photos for an exhibit. Mikaël invites Linda to stay in his house. She accepts and gets to work, guided by the notes Sebastien has left for her and the recorded messages which he sends from far away.
This collage of words, listened to over and over, and the photos, as they are shuffled, matched and juxtaposed by Linda, create different possible "messages".
Several "series" of photos cover the walls - the wall of Happiness, the wall of Misery - the battle between Good and Evil.
The composer's music echoes these "suite". A subtle relationship develops between Linda, the young debutante, and Mikaël, the man of the world.
When Mikaël leave to perform his psalm, Linda stays alone... with the wisdo...
