あらすじ
Maloin leads a simple, aimless life confined by the infinite sea; he barely notices the world around him. He has already accepted his life’s long and inevitable deterioration and his enormous solitude.
When he witnesses a murder, his life takes a whole other turn and he finds himself confronted by sin, morality, punishment, split between the boundaries of innocence and complicity. This state of skepticism leads him down the path of thinking about the importance of life and the meaning of existence.
The film touches on mankind’s indestructible desire for life, freedom, happiness, illusions never realized, these little nothings that bring us the energy to keep living, sleeping, and waking up day after day. Maloin’s story is our story, it is the story of all those who doubt and who can still wonder about their pale existence.
