あらすじ
1961, Abdessellem, twenty, leaves Algeria after a few months of confinement and tortures in the French jails. He goes to Montreuil, a Paris region, where his brother, Djilloul, and his cousins, Belkacem and Messaoud, are blue-collar workers and FLN activists. He settles down with them in a room, without water nor electricity, near a railroad. As they, he fights and dreams of the Independence, back in his small village. The Independence comes, but the four men stay in France. In 1964, they leave their hut to settle down in the Sonacotra foyers.
