John, a young bodybuilder, gets ready day after day for a competition, the NPC Gerogia Bodybuilding Championships. His life is a rite, perfectly adjusted mechanics. Concentrated on his objective, he releases nothing, hoping to reach on stage this moment of unique happiness: the flow.
