Lenny arrives in Paris to pull off a scam with the intention of disappearing as far and as fast as possible. Juliette can no longer stomach Joël, her boss, considerate lover and a stop-at-nothing dealer. Lenny-Noël : seller meets buyer and the bad vibes are free. Juliette draws Lenny into a trap, from which she emerges full of remorse even diciding to give his money back. Unfortunately for her, she takes the wrong briefcase whose valuable contents are almost impossible to offload. Joël is gunning for her. Yet Juliette is a woman of action. Why not try to doublecross everybody, take the money and scram ? A tag-along Lenny is ready to go all the way with her. For a somewhat ambiguous couple who have no intention of shooting anybody, negotiating this underworld of violent dealers and mystical clients proves to be quite an initiation. A two-some sharing such an ordeal can only but be drawn together.

About
Fondest memories of the shoot ! The first day ! For the whole month prior to the shoot, Paris was a washout; which scared us no end. When D-Day came round, we had a beautiful sunny day for our first outdoor scene ! The stars were with us ! The Last Day. Everything was in the can, after forty-two days and three different countries, all... a quarter of an hour ahead of schedule ! In their own way, ends of shoots can be sad affairs...
The worst memories of shooting and preproduction : In Paris : One week before shooting began the film had its Advance on Receipts plenary, essential to finalizing the budget. Result : thumbs down... Happily, we manage to swing a Franco-Canadian coproduction at the last minute. In Chili : In the middle of the desert, 1,500 kms from Santiago, on the eve of shooting, the camera was still somewhere...in Amsterdam ! But it all worked out in the end. Just another nerve-racking moment. (Frédéric Robbes and Eric Névé, Producers)
