あらすじ
In the canton of Boutefil, on the edge of the Chadian desert, the iman blames unmarried women for the divine wrath raining down on the village. The village chiefs decide to organize a traditional ceremony, the Amchilini, to force all unmarried women to choose a husband. But voices are raised, especially among young girls, to oppose what they see as an attack on their dignity and freedom. They are demanding their rights to equality and autonomy in relation to men.
