あらすじ
Nina and ten-year-old Martin are more like two quarrelling but devoted friends than mother and son. Nina has fabricated a romantic story about Martin's absent father, and Martin clings to the idea of finding him.

"The directing needs to be extremely light, with camera movements and rhythms which draw us along in Nina and Martin's wake. The camera needs to be alert and cling to them like a lover. It is neither a drama nor a psychological film. If such a category existed, it would be a sensual film where the characters react immediately and simply, straight from the heart : and what they have in their hearts is their love for each other. I would like there to be the pleasure of caresses, childish games, running through the city and along the riverside, wild hopes. They have to move fast as they have little time to live, to love, to fill their needs."
