あらすじ
Eighteen people set off on a package trip to the Mont Saint-Michel in a luxury coach. The passengers get to know one another and come into conflict during the three days spent together.

""Pullman Paradise" is a magnificent film. The images, devoid of aesthetic excess, have a rare presence, the light has the authenticity of a painting, the sound is remarkable for its perfection, the music drapes the few sequences where it is present with an appropriateness worthy of Michèle Rosier's acute sense of obervation. The actors humbly and maliciously perform this composition with its amazingly varied tones that pass from the trivial and the comic to the absolute without ever hinting that the filmmaker is taking herself seriously. And that, precisely, is the source of the miracle : between all the different doors leading to a work of art, Michèle Rosier chooses the hidden door, the one at the back, whose key is a little rusty and which, during the twilight picnic, suddenly opens and reveals the back country of this modern tale in which life and death intermingle."
