あらすじ
This film shows the artistic work of a stone carver, from materials recovered from various demolition sites. Stones from thresholds, old roof zinc, wood and discarded objects. Lots of materials, engraved, derelict, assembled to sign their resistance to time. To these heavy formats is sometimes added the dancing lightness of drawings in ink, like sketches of stained glass windows. The artist's hand and gaze, borrowing much the simplicity of the Roman frescoes of a nearby chapel, grope for an answer to the question of our presence in the world.

Sixteen-year-old Diane exists exclusively through her mother's gaze. But this intensely close bond between Diane and her mother, Sophie, is becoming increasingly problematic for the teenager. At high school, she would like to be loved like she is at home and expresses it in an awkward way like when she exchanges a favor for a look, in the toilets. A loudmouth, provocative, and seeking attention, Diane tries to stand apart from her mother and wishes, during a weekend, to live like an adult.
