あらすじ
Somewhere in Europe, somewhere in time, in a city where crime and corruption have a free rein, a few citizens decide to react, create their own court and carry out their own sentences. This organization is made up of ordinary people, the normal "man in the street". Kidnapping, a summary trial, execution: the Murder Bureau strikes harshly with the utmost discretion, on the fringe of the official judicial system. Until the day when the organization's founder and leader, the tailor KMB, undertakes to dissolve it by radical means - the methodical elimination of all its members. "Some of the most difficult sequences to shoot were those inside the dam. After a two-hour drive, there we were, ready to descend 100 metres below ground. The outside temperature was almost 40°. Inside, it was only 8° and the water was at 5°. We were shivering. There were some compensations. The dam workers had enthusiastically built the docks and sluices I needed. They even asked us what level of water we wanted. And what water! I thought it would be pure but it was filthy and stank. We reeked horribly. But these few sacrifices were necessary to reach our goal within the limits of our budget." (Lionel Kopp)
